How to stop porn addiction

Thank you for your interest in our course. You have made the right choice. You have halfway overcome your addiction because you are really aware of its existence and want to fix it.

Of course, it will not be easy. Just like any other addiction, porn addiction is very difficult to overcome on your own and without special knowledge. But having the knowledge presented in our course, you will certainly be able to do it.

So let us proceed and begin with mastering a very simple and clear idea:

Pornography is a drug, as harmful and dangerous as nicotine, alcohol, cocaine, heroin, etc. Pornography causes psychological and physical addiction in the same way as the listed drugs do. The only significant difference from all drugs is that most of us have virtually no information on the fact that pornography is a dangerous drug.

Having become aware of this fact, let us move on and take a look at the stages of our course:

– Becoming aware of the whole truth about pornography, we begin to see what is myth, and what is reality.
– Becoming aware of how we ended up in this trap, and how low we have sunk.
– Studying the method of fighting porn addiction that really work.

The course is specially laid out in text format. Simply read it yourself and re-read the moments that aren’t clear to you – and you’ll most effectively grasp all information necessary to overcome this addiction.
The entire course is designed for 2 weeks, provided that you can spend 1 hour a day on it. If you decide to move forward faster, it is also fine, but efficiency may suffer. In any case, you will always be able to return and retake the course from the start until everything that is presented by us in this course becomes an axiom for you.

Go to each course in sequence and go to the next part only after fully grasping all information laid out in the previous section. Go to the next chapter by clicking the button with the name of the next chapter. If you get tired or feel that you’re losing concentration, stop immediately and rest.

If you want to return to whichever course section, there’s a complete table of contents in the menu above.
